The building has several classrooms, faculty and administrative offices, two clinical learning labs, a computer lab, conference rooms and study areas. The computer lab provides popular software for word processing and computer-assisted instruction programs. We work with some of the more popular software for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and nursing care planning. The purpose of the clinical learning labs is to serve as a complement to clinical learning in the nursing curriculum. One lab is structured with six stations consisting of a bed, bedside stand, overbed table, and a combined TV/VCR unit. One station is equipped with all the equipment necessary for the acute setting. The clinical learning labs offer you the means and support necessary to formulate lists of cues and practice steps involved in the practice of nursing. Tutors are available in the lab. Annual campus security reportThe purpose of this report is to inform students, employees, prospective students, parents and prospective employees of campus crime prevention strategies, crime reporting procedures and a three-year statistical history of criminal activity on campus.
