Medcenter One Home Health and Hospice

Medcenter One Home Health and Hospice is part of a continuum of quality healthcare services provided by Medcenter One.

Medcenter One Home Health is designed to deliver a wide variety of healthcare and supportive services in a patient’s home. The goal of home health is to help restore or maintain a patient’s highest level of physical and emotional health in the safe, secure environment of their home.

Hospice is a special kind of care designed to provide comfort care that enhances the quality of life for patients with limited life expectancy. Supportive care is directed toward patients and families and can be provided wherever the patient resides.
