Introducing the Lift Right program

The Medcenter One Occupational Health Clinic is pleased to announce an interactive, one to one educational approach to preventing back injuries. The Lift Right program is available in three options: the Lift Right basic, the Lift Right plus, and the Lift Right complete. The packages range from personal instruction regarding body mechanics, posture, and safe lifting techniques, to a complete back evaluation and strengthening techniques.

Occupational health tip

As there are strict DOT regulations in place surrounding drug testing programs, it is a good idea to ensure that specimen collectors are trained and certified to do so. It is advised to request copies of their current certficates and even tour the collections sites to verify thier procedures follow the regulations.
