Oneweigh is a program designed to empower participants to take control of their health and weight. The six-month program focuses on permanent changes for long-term weight loss and improved health.

Medcenter One's personalized and comprehensive adult weight management program includes:
  • 12 weeks of group classes that provide nutrition education, menu planning, recipe ideas, exercise tips and motivation tools
  • One-on-one visits with a registered dietitian, the nutrition expert, providing weight management counseling and medical nutrition therapy for other obesity-related conditions
  • Initial consult and training session with a personal trainer to help you begin an exercise program or to improve an existing program
  • Free one month trial membership at Women’s Health Center or Bone, Spine and Sports Clinic
  • Pre, mid and post body composition analysis (height, weight, waist circumference and Body Mass Index)
  • Personalized goal setting
  • Participant manual
  • Monthly support group sessions
  • Quarterly newsletter

Cost

The cost of this 12 week program is $295. Advance payment is required. Payment is non-refundable. Cash, check and credit/debit cards are accepted.

Payroll deduction is available for Medcenter One associates. Medcenter One associates are also eligible for a rebate. Please call 701.323.5648 for details.
